1. Program Description

Lytegen ("Company," "we," "us," "our") operates an internal SMS notification service for employees, energy consultants, and team members. Messages are sent through our ERPNext business management system for operational and workflow purposes.

2. Message Types

By participating, you may receive:

  • Appointment reminders and confirmations
  • Task assignments and QA notifications
  • Lead status and workflow updates
  • General internal business alerts

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on business activity and operational needs. You may receive multiple messages per day depending on your role and workload.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Lytegen is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

5. Opt-In

Team members consent to receive SMS notifications by providing their phone number during company onboarding in our internal ERPNext system and agreeing to this policy.

6. Opt-Out Instructions

To stop receiving messages at any time:

  • Reply STOP to any message
  • You will receive one final confirmation then no further messages will be sent
  • To re-enroll, contact your system administrator

SMS opt-in data and phone numbers will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

10. Limitations of Liability

Lytegen is not liable for:

  • Delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues
  • Any carrier charges incurred by the recipient
  • Service interruptions outside of our control

11. Changes

Lytegen reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the SMS service constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
